Bamya

Dun tavuklu bamya yemegi yaptim. Pek heyecanlaniyorum Turk usulu sebzeler bulunca. Bol limonlu. Tek hosuma gitmeyen sey kendi tembelligim yuzunden taze domatesleri soyup dogramak yerine, konserve kullanmak, o biraz tadini kacirdi. Ama is cikisi yemek yapinca oluyor oyle seyler.

Bamya tarifini Portakal Agaci'ndan aldim. Hatta okurken bir de heyecanlandim, bizim evde de bamya saplari guzelce kesilir, oyle sert sert birakilmaz.

Mutlu eden baska bir sebze de bebek semizotu. Sarimsakli yogurtlu salatasini yapip yapip yiyorum.
